        Kid's Country, a family owned business, was established with the goal of promoting a safe, nurturing, learning environment that stimulates the growth of children based on their individual needs. We are a full service, licensed childcare provider that strives to uphold our motto: love, laugh, learn, and grow. We follow monthly as well as weekly themes. Our centers are closed concept and focus on age appropriate curriculum and room arrangements. The children participate in many activities daily. They will read, look at books, write, draw, dance, sing, cut, paste, paint, assemble art projects, experiment, explore and enjoy the environment. Each child is placed in a classroom that most nearly meets the individual needs and abilities of the child. Children are encouraged to progress at their own pace, providing them a sense of self-confidence.         Overall
        Always a Flu Epidemic

        After 3 days at this daycare, my daughter was consistantly sick. Vomitting everynight and other flu symptoms. The workers do not wash their hands after helping kids use the bathroom, and they do not encourage handwashing to anyone.



        Want your kids to always get sick? Take them to Kids Country. I guarantee they will always be sick.

        I'm sorry that you did not have a good experience with Kids Country. Usually, when a child or worker is new to a daycare their immune system has to get used to the new germs. It can take up to a year. But, eventually it will get better. There are a lot of kids and parents coming and going throughout the day. People are going to spread germs. It is unfortunate and there is really not a whole lot that can be done about it. However, as the child grows their immune systems will be stronger because of this. I know when I worked there, we were constantly washing our hands and the children's hands whenever the bathroom was used, before and after eating and any other time that it needed to be done. The bathroom's were bleached everyday at nap time and any time that it was contaminated. After the daycare was closed, all toys were bleached before the teachers left the building. I can't say that you had teacher that did that because I was not there, It really depends on the teacher. But, I know the director and she strives for a clean center. Again, I apologize for your experience. Thank you.
