Brandon was my technician today and was professional, knowledgeable and on-time!

This company has rid our property of all the pests. We don't have anymore ants in the house. We had a rat problem that has gone away for more than 2 years. They are always on time and they call the day before they come out. There's never a smell outside after they leave.

Beware of this company, as they use fraudulent sales tactics and employ dishonest associates and managers. They will tell you there is no commitment to "try" their services (the first "inspection" and "sweep" is free) and if you are not satisfied, they promise that you can cancel anytime. However, what they do not disclose during the "sales pitch" is that you are signing a long term contract with Home Shield and if you cancel anytime after the "free" service, you must pay out the nose for a "cancellation fee". They even made changes to our "contract" after my wife signed the "free offer" sheet - AKA "the contract". Please do not fall for this shameful, unscrupulous tactic! If one of their door-to-door goons shows up at your door - just say NO! They have zero concern about creating a long term client or happy homeowner as long as they get their "contract" signed. The worst part about this ordeal, is that when we called to cancel the "free service" their office manager threatened collections if we don't pay $240 for the "free service and cancellation fee"! We are contacting our attorney today and will be writing the BBB and the Department of Consumer Affairs as well. Shame on you Home Shield!
