Two Lady's & A Mop

We called and set up an appointment. We agreed on a time and the cost for a deep cleaning. When they scheduled to show up, they never arrived or called. We called them to ask why they never showed and we were told they declined to clean our house.

We asked why did you not call to cancel and they had no excuse.
