Woodbridge Dental Group and Orthodontics

My family has been going to them for a couple of years now, but I refuse to set foot in there again. Every time we go they try "upsale" you on procedures you don't need. The dentist cracked my tooth during one of my procedures and then tried to charge me $1100 for a crown on that tooth. My husband has hated them from beginning.

Ok, I am not only one who felt very uncomfortable dealing with front desk personnel. I tried to think I was overreacting. I guess I was wrong.

When I tried to make an appointment for cleaning, he suggested next Tuesday. I told him nicely that I couldn’t make that day. With a big big sigh, he told me that was the only available slot and I had to wait till July. He sounded like how dare I wanted different day. Only one available slot in one month??? They must be really busy. I also witnessed three occasions that they treated other customer pretty hash about their insurance. Three occasions in 6 months. I can’t wait till my kid’s treatment will be completed. So I won’t have to deal with them anymore. I will definitely to take my youngest to different dentist.

Beware of this place. All they care about is $$$$$

The dentist is nice and great, but you don't want to deal with Melissa the office manager. She is abrasive, unprofessional and rude. You will not feel like a respected customer with the service this employee delivers. She will laugh and call you erratic when she is the one getting all the bad reviews. It's a shame - the negative ones all say her name!
