I have experienced an uncaring attitude with this mortuary that I have never experienced with other mortuaries. The price kept changing. They did not offer assistance with insurance companies and insisted on payment in full up front. No sensitivity at all. I felt like I was at a fast food restaurant in the drive through. Would not recommend the Ames Ave location at all.
