The Kania Law Team are aweoeme and very professional. I was experiencing some serious debt and bills that I could not get ahead of and we decided that chapter 7 bankruptcy was the best decision and it definitely was. They made it so easy and take away all the stress I had. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing help with bankruptcy and I am confident they can help with any other issues. Only gave a star because you have to. I've never encountered such incompetent, rude, lazy professionals. They do the least amount of work as possible. It took them nearly 2 yrs to settle my case any time I would call to inquire about the time it was taking my questions were never answered and was talked down to. Please learn from my mistake and do your research and find a attorney that will fight for you.

Unprofessional, rude, how they passed the bar I have no idea? Worst attorney ever. Clients are nothing but a pay check. They could care less about your case, they don't defend their clients. They just want your $$$. Horrible communication! A huge joke in Tulsa county.

When I walked into Mr. Kania's office my situation was a mess and I didn't know if any one could help me. I just had a car wreck and my finances were a mess. I just couldn't keep up with my bills anymore. Mr. Kania and his staff made me feel better immediately. I used the Kania Law firm for my bankruptcy and for my car wreck. I got a good settlement for the car wreck and I was able to keep the money even though I filed bankruptcy. Another attorney that I had called told me that would be impossible. I always felt like his whole staff had my best interest at heart. They were always straight with me, but kind enough to help me through this.

I went to kania law office because he had good ratings. However, I was in for a surprise we were sitting in his office I asked for a pen and he said just a min got to busy talking in another conversation than decided to look at me and rudely say are you going to write my check or not I dont have all day. I replied I asked to borrow a pen and didn't even say sorry for being rude. I wrote him a $400 check to start my bankruptcy process he took me and my husband into another room flipping thru pages saying you need to do this this and this and I will do these papers. My husband was sued by our neighbor in small claims court I asked him could I file on it and not be in jeopardy and he said yea we can throw that in there no problems, he wanted to make sure me or my husband didn't make more then the medium to file bankrupt when we first went in there we made about 3700 a month I got a raise my husband got another job now we are making about 4200 per month and he said that we make too much to file. We spent maybe 20 mins on the packet of him flipping through pages than he just gets up and walks outta the room not saying Anythinh and goes back into the doorway of his office I got up and asked if we were done and he said yea we are done. I called him to ask if we could file bankrupt on our lease for my apartments because some issues I've had with my neighbor and before I could finish my question he interrupted me and said I don't deal with tenant landlord issues and I replied I know I was wanting to add it to my bankruptcy than he replied yes you can. After all of that I discussed it with my mother and she adv me to see another lawyer for my bankruptcy and I did. The other lawyer that I went to told me that if I would have filed bankrupt on the lawsuit from my neighbor him and his attory could sue me for even more plus than what I already owed, the other lawyer said that we can still file bankrupt it doesn't go off of what you make now but a rolling 6 months and when I asked if I could have a refund he said I could only get $100 for the 20 Mins I spent talking to him and when my husband went up there to pick up the $100 refund check outta the $400 I wrote him my husband answered his phone and the lawyer was super rude told him to get off the phone and come get his refund check or leave without it. The point of this story is he provided me with inaccurate information he is very very rude and all he is after is your money he doesn't care if he wins or loses the case as long as you pay him. So 20 mins of my time and 2 phone call to him cost me 300 which isn't worth it at all. My best advice is not to ever use him.
