        Although we did not end up purchasing my engagement ring here, the salesperson was patient and knowledgeable. This was in September, 2013. Very elegant jewelry store. My husband's Rolex was also serviced through Lewis Jewelers with no issues. A class act is Lewis Jewelers.

        If you want to be insulted, disrespected and have your fiancé get hit on in your presence while looking for an engagement ring by a salesperson named Dora, then this is the place for you. Since YP limits the detail on reviews here, you can find my full review and horrible experience as a new bride-to-be on Yelp and City Search.



        Seriously, this establishment, although the business is aesthetically beautiful inside the store, Dora is a reflection of Lewis' poor judgement and professionalism.

        Dear Kristina101, I am new to this type of format, but I want to take a moment and introduce myself. My name is Wendy Drapela and I am the General Manager at Lewis Diamonds & Timepieces. I ran across your review and I apologize I am just now responding. To give a little background on our store, we are a second generation family owned and operated jewelry store and have been in business for over 31 years. I want to personally apologize for your experience in our store. A bridal purchase is and should be nothing but a wonderful experience. To address the situation with our sales associate, Dora, no words can change the opinion you have, but I do want to say that Dora has been with our store for more than five years and has truly been an asset to our store. This is the first complaint that we have had in regards to Dora and especially in this manner. We have addressed this particular situation with Dora, and I want you to know that her compliments were in no way to be a pass to fiance. Please accept my sincere apology from Lewis Diamonds & Timepieces.
