Hospice and Palliative Care of Greensboro has been serving the community for more than 30 years. The team approach to caring for people is a wonderful model of care that supports the "whole" person and their family. Even if you or your loved one is not ready for hospice care, Hospice and Palliative Care of Greensboro has a great range of resources to help the care giver, the person coping with loss and for children who are grieving. This is a great community resource.

HPCG is an amazing organization and they can help you in any stage of life you are in. They have amazing nurses and chaplains to assist you every step of the way. They have counselors that can help your loved one who is dying or those who are grieving. They have a Kids Path program that works the same way but is catered toward kids and even a 14-room assisted living facility on their campus. They are amazing to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.
