Great Service! Problem was identified and fixed in a matter of minutes. After going through 3-4 other Companies, I have Finally found my Heating and Air Conditioning company in Bloomington. I will always depend on Air-Tech for any other problems or replacements.

My heat pump broke yesterday. After wasting 4 hours with another company who didn't show up or return my calls, I found this local business. Matt (pretty sure he's the owner) answered my evening phone call and walked me through some diagnostic steps over the phone. It turned out he neede to come replace a part, and offered to come immediately (9 pm) or to wait until morning, which was better for me.



The labor cost was a bit cheaper than the other company, and Matt arrived prompty in the morning, and then diagnosed and repaired the problem within an hour.



Highly recommended! Normally the internet is full of negative reviews (like the one I just wrote for the place that wasted 4 hours of my time), but I had such a good exprience with Air-Tech, in contrast, that I felt compelled to write a positive review -- happy to support a quality local business.
