Royal Nails & Spa

They are he best nail salon around! I have gone to others in edmond just to go with friends but I’ve decided that royal nail salon is by far my favorite. Some of the staff there are sooo sweet and remember my name. I always like everything done from pedicures to a full set they are awesome!

I was a walk in - was treated like I shouldn't be there. Little lady who did the prep work did a good job and then turned it over to a technician who I believe was the owner's wife. She proceeded to cut my toes three different times. After the third cut I told her to stop. Upon leaving and paying they made no effort to accommodate the cuts on my feet but did clean up the blood.

Ive been to many nail salons in Edmond and this one is by far the best. Its clean, relaxing, kind and professional staff, and my nails and pedi's were always beautiful. Highly recommend.

They hire a bunch people without license. These people are criminal. I will report them to state board

DO NOT GO TO ROYAL NAILS AND SPA ON DANFORTH AND SANTA FE. I have been there several times and sent many friends there... Today, I was pulling in the parking lot to park, and they had a huge sign on one of their cars, that covered the entire car, that said "Royal Nails and Spa grand opening 20% off".. So I go in and there is another sign inside that talked about a members club and 20% off pedicures. So, I get my pedicure and manicure and they go to charge me WAY too much. I told her what it should have been with it being 20% off and she said "No, it's only for pedicures". I told her that her sign outside that they hung on one of their cars said 20% off and didn't specify that it was only on particular services, and if it was supposed to be only on particular services, that they need to specify that on their advertisement, or else it's a bait and switch, which is fraud and illegal. Her response was "Sorry. It's only on pedicures". I told her she had better walk outside and read their own sign that they are advertising 20% off, and NOWHERE does it say "on select services" or "only on pedicures". I told her I would only pay what she advertised. After more argument, she said "I will do it this one time and we do not want to see you again". Wow! I told her not to worry and that I have sent many friends there and will make sure they all know how they really treat their customers, and they definitely wouldn't have to worry about me EVER coming back! Guess they don't realize that there's at least 50 nail places in Edmond ALONE, and good customer service goes a very long way!!
