        I went in to sell a small peic...

        I went in to sell a small peice of gold I had and could not believe how rude the owner was. He only looked up from behind the counter to give me a firty look and even when I tried to say something to him I was ignored. They should take the time to be polite to everyone not just the soccer moms. So if your under the age of 45 you might get better treatment than I did. Cause I don't look the part does not mean that I do not know what Im talking about. As an owner you need to take time to listen to ALL your customers. Not just the ones who look like they are going to spend money. I had every intention to buy my wedding rings there cause my mom said it was a nice place. But now they can suck it. Thanks a lot for you poor poor customer service and lack of good judgement. I walked out without selling my gold and when I went to another store they were so much nicer and gave me twice what worthington jewlers was going to. Do not sell your gold to them. They ae not educated on the process of selling gold and not informed enough to do a good job.
