Brought a beautiful diamond 18 carat gold ring in recent year it is beautiful and very reasonably priced am yet to get it valued but have seen a similar one back home for 3 times what I paid, also purchased leather bags great quality. Would highly recommend great service and very friendly hope to return in Jan 2013.

A few years ago, Donald opened up a second location off of Fairmont Pkwy and it's closer to where I live. I have always received fantastic service at both locations. Anytime I have ever gone into either location of Frank & Son's, I always leave happy knowing that I got a good deal. If Frank's doesn't have what you're looking for in the store, they will happily do a high quality custom design to your specifications, or if you prefer, they will offer helpful suggestions on designing your piece of jewelry. It's so nice being able to go into a locally owned store where people know my name, highly value my business, charge me a fair price, carry great quality merchandise and give me superb, timely service every time. I highly recommend Frank and Son's Jewelers if you want to design a special custom ring. I visited his location while on vacation from California. I just gave him the stones and my ideas for an engagement ring, and Frank drew up a design that was perfect! He handled the payment over the phone, and shipped it to me in California, free of charge! I am definitely going to him for our wedding rings.
