My team and I have been using this company for years with no issue. Now we deal with a newer sales person and still receive the same great service. We always receive fair pricing, and the drivers and buses are great. Thank you GTS for all the help the last couple years. We'll be in touch next season when our hockey trips start back up.

Took us from Michigan all the way to Ohio and back. Then took us to laser tag. John is a real trooper.

We just got back from our trip to the Isle of Capri Casino in Bettendorf, IA and it was a fun trip. We loved everything from the bus to the driver. Had such a wonderful experience. The bus was clean and spacious, the driver was very friendly and accommodating. We took a bus downtown for my boyfriend's 30th and the driver was fun and was willing to take us wherever we wanted without attitude. Overall experience was great, I would definitely recommend this company.

Let me start by saying don't judge a book by its cover...The bus we got arrived and there were dents in it but that didn't stop the bus from doing its job of driving us from Detroit Mi to Madison Wi.

Good bus companies are hard to come by these days and I had a great experience renting a bus for a weekend field trip with my 5th grade class. The driver was kind and had a great sense of humor. When we were stuck in traffic and the kids were getting antsy he knew what radio stations to put on and even stopped unexpectedly for us to get food since we were stuck in traffic for so long. Very accommodating company, this is my 2nd time being on one of their buses and I would definitely recommend Ground Travel Specialists for any trip rather it's for a field trip, casino trip, or a family reunion! (Get ready for the Hayworth family reunion in August GTS!)

GTS is the easiest and most reliable charter bus company. I've booked with them many times, large and small groups, far in advance and short notice, and they have always been able to accommodate. Their customer service is very straightforward and their drivers always prompt. If you are in need of a charter, call GTS first.

This hockey season is wrapping up again this year and just as years previous had a great year with the team and our transportation. The kids love the different color buses. We always wanted our driver Mack, but when he couldn't we got Don instead and he was just as good. Keep up the good work. One more trip left and then we'll see you again next year.

We traveled to Orlando, Florida on a very clean bus with very courteous drivers. The trip went great and if it hadn't been for GTS, this trip may not have happened at all. Nothing but great things to say about this company.

Had a great casino trip with GTS to the "Jack" in Cleveland Ohio. Departing from the Detroit Metro area. The tour bus arrived on time at all pick-up and drop-off points. Bus was clean and well maintained. Enjoyed a day trip would do again!

Loved these buses, best seats ever!! Sat all the way in the back and still had a perfect view (this never happens). Pick up location was alright, everything was on time. The driver was highly professional and careful.

Ground Travel Specialist was GREAT! They were the best price of all the bus companies and came through on their word. We got two good buses with friendly drivers. Blake was the driver on the bus I was the captain for and he was super nice with all the passengers. The other captain said his driver was good too. They got us back from Chicago last night in awful weather. We don't use buses often but if we do I'll use them again.

I had a fantastic experience with Gound travel specialists,the staff was awesome very helpful and courteous. We did the NYE trip 2015 the casinos were a lot of fun, the cottage inn restaurant was excellent. I will be booking several more trips with them, i highly reccomend this travel agency. They went above and beyond my expectations.I am Looking forward to my next trip in the very near future!

This was my best experience dealing with a motorcoach company. The staff was great to work with. I have been booking bus for over 20 years and they were by far the best I've worked with.

Had the worst experience ever on a bus ride! Bus broke down not once but twice. After the first 2hour delay breakdown...they send a repair guy instead of another bus...mind you we were driving to Chicago from Michigan and had not even made it out of Michigan and bus broke down in Jackson, MI. So repair man gets it back rolling we get to rest stop in Indiana and it breaks down again! This time our delay was 3 hrs and the first tour bus drops off first group and came back to get us. 5hr delay! Was suppose to get picked back up at 10:30pm they didnt arrive until 11:45 and we had the same bus that broke down twice! So us passengers were not feeling save to say the less... it made it home...but we didnt make one stop for the fear we would not start again. Terrible service! No electricity on bus no wifi, no tvs. The worst bus ride every!
