I have been to Mitchell Dental Spa for everything from routine exams to dental emergencies and every experience continues to exceed my expectations. Unfortunately, with dentists from the past, the norm for me was to feel uneasy and even scared before and during appointments. However, at MDS everything that they do at is to make you feel as comfortable as possible while giving you fantastic dental care. The staff treats every patient like gold, and the dynamic between the entire staff feels more like a family than a business. I continue to be surprised and impressed with how much time both Dr. Mitchell and Jeff, the office manager, spend with me at every appointment, explaining everything thoroughly and allowing me to ask questions. The amenities at Mitchell Dental Spa are the icing on the cake. Talk about the most amazing dental experience! After a disappointing experience at my former dentist, a friend recommended Mitchell Dental Spa, located on Michigan Avenue above the Water Tower Shopping Center. I arrived at the office for a routine check-up and cleaning and came out feeling more refreshed than I ever have from visiting the dentist. From the second I walked in the door and throughout the entire appointment, the staff at Mitchell was very friendly, offering a complimentary hot tea and water while I waited for my consultation. In the past, my checkups had involved an uncomfortable cleaning, along with a lecture about remembering to floss and a free toothbrush.
