        Had a 2nd degree burn on my foot... Dr. Jullian and her staff took great care of me and the wait time was just a few minutes...

        Called for an appointment; the receptionist noted that it had been a while since I'd been to their office and stated "well, we don't want patients flip-flopping..." (going back and forth from doctor to doctor).

        I guess it didn't occur to her that I hadn't been back because I had a bad experience the first time? One of the factors being the rude staff?



        Additionally, the website states "walk-ins welcome." She claimed that that only applies to emergencies, and that I would need an appointment. For me, that completely defeats the purpose of going to a walk-in clinic.



        Never entertaining the thought of going here again.
