I've tried for 6 weeks to get an appointment with this practice. At first they seemed very professional and organized. I gave them an overview of what's going on with me and insurance information. The scheduler said they'd verify insurance information and call me back. 3 weeks later I miss the call back and they leave a voice message. I return it a few days later and I'm asked all of the same questions I was asked the first time (save for the insurance part) again. I give the same answers and am told that there's some reason they can't schedule me right now and that they'll call me back. So I wait, and wait about another 2 weeks and finally I call them. I explain (nicely) to the scheduler (same person I've talked to the whole time) that I've been waiting a while and would like to get my appointment scheduled. She tells me she's been calling and leaving messages, this is simply not true. Regardless I say let's move forward, so she proceeds to start asking me the exact same questions for the 3rd time. After I've answered 3 of them I mention this and she snaps back that 'maybe this isn't the place for me then'. I guess it's not.



I tried calling back to explain the issues I was having with the scheduler and the receptionist was very apathetic about the issue and just said that I could talk to the scheduler again.



I gave up.

I saw Dr. Hopper for maybe 10 minutes. In that time he was rude, angry, and did not believe anything I was telling him. The nurse who actually prescribed all my medication was unfocused at what she was doing. She even gave me samples of the wrong medication! The atmosphere of the place was depressing enough as well as the assembly line mentality of the staff. There has to be better out there.
