Forward Dental

Scam artists! Read the paperwork very carefully. If you miss an appointment with them, they will charge you $1 per minute of how long your appt. was supposed to be. In my case, I was charged $65 for accidently missing 1 appt.! They repeatedly sent this bill to me and even sent it into collections because I refused to pay. This is the thanks I get for giving them $800 (out of pocket) for some over-priced work to be done in the first place.

Not only did they outright LIE to me about my insurance covering my procedure, but they told me whatever I needed to hear to sign their paperwork. Also, they had me sign in the dentist chair, while he was waiting to work on me, and rushing me to sign. When I contacted their customer service department to work out the problems, they were rude, confrontational, threatened to send me to collections (mind you I was only 2 months past my last payment, and only because I was trying to work things out with them), and would respond to most of my objections with "well, you signed the paperwork". They rarely returned my phone calls, and the same with my emails. BEWARE OF FORWARD DENTAL. They are out to rip you off and bilk you for all the money they can. In the end, the work wasn't even that well done.... If I could give them a rating lower than on star, I would. They are the WORST type of company that preys on people and uses trickery to get your signature!
