        Overall

        Installed new hybrid hot water heater. Also, repaired leaking outdoor spigot, and added a new spigot. Very thorough

        Overall

        Job was an oil to gas conversion in a residential home. Gary gave about a half hour of his time to review what the job would entail in order to provide an estimate for the work. Told me I'd have an estimate by the end of the week. Then...never provided an estimate at all. Guess what? Gary didn't get the job!
