Dave seemed nice at 1st and offered to wire my hot tub for free since they took several weeks to get back to me on a quote for it. I set up the time to do it and he sent out a guy to do it one day while I was at work. I gave the info through my wife and the guy who came to do the work seemed confused on what we wanted. I told him the size breaker I needed through my wife and there was still confusion on what to put in. Since I was at work actually in surgery I could not leave the room to talk to the guy directly on the phone and discuss this. I had told them I would like to be there when they came so this confusion would not happen since my wife didn't know what to tell them. Anyway, the guy left without doing the work. I sent several emails to Dave and he responded to one of them saying he would still do the work. Tried to get a date set again and he never responded for several emails and calls to his office. Finally got a hold of him today and he was very rude to me and saying he wasn't going to do the job and had no intention on returning my calls or emails to let me know. Said that we wasted his time by not having the proper info (which I actually did) and told me to find someone else. This whole thing was a giant miscommunication since I wasn't able to be there in person and couldn't get out of work to talk to the man personally. I apologized for the incident in email even, even though it wasn't my fault. As I tried to explain what happened over the phone he interrupted me very rudely and said he wasn't doing it because we wasted his time and then he hung up on me. I DO NOT recommend these guys. It took them over 2 weeks to get back to me about a quote, which they never gave me, and they never completed the job. Terrible customer service.

Trustworthy, efficient work, did job right the first time. Would use them again for any electrical work in my home.
