I personally don't recommend this company at all. There was one time that I ordered the service, but then I cancelled the service in 10 minutes via a phone call. However, the company still charged me 100 dollars and said that as soon as the technician left their house, I need to pay full amount no matter what. So, basically this company is charging me 100 dollars for nothing.



Of course, they do not have "cancelling" option whatsoever. I guess they think we as customers don't have many choices in terms of having locksmith service in upper valley, so they don't give their customer a right to cancel a service which no one even showed up for.



I was going to have my lawyer handle this matter, but it would be another hassle to try to save 100 dollars. I argued with them and asked them to show me the term of service where the price and cancelling terms should be listed. After about 10 days, they gave me a one-page PDF file with few sentences on it indicating I should be paying no matter what. I highly doubted this file was even existed when I ordered the service, but I guess I cant verify that unless I go full legal procedure.



In all, I am wasting my 100 dollars for a phone call. I think this story needs to be shared and I don't recommend this company to anyone.
