My laptop was doing all kinds of crazy things. I called him he gave me a free diagnostic right over the phone also what was really great was he came to me..I didn't have to leave out my home. The funny thing is that the day before I called him, I had taken my laptop into a computer shop in Norfolk VA and was giving a price or $275 to fix the issue..Well Melvin got the Job done and I only paid $60.00.
