        Overall

        Made my grandson sit in heat for 30 minutes till I could get there. That is awful,100 degree heat.I'm so upset.

        Very poor customer service.

        I drive an 18 wheeler for a living and am not able just to pull anywhere to eat. On this particular evening I was sick, parked at my customers location and walked 3/4 mile to grab something to ease my throat. On this night the lobby closed early and since my 18 wheeler does not fit in their drive through they said their was nothing they could do. So I took my business to whataburger
