Infinite Air

I used them for around 10 years for several homes and multiple businesses. Over the last 6 months they became increasingly hard to get to finiah work. Now have a warranty issue for the last 3 months and have been promised service, no one showed. They just flat out lie, don't answer phone or return calls.

Believe it or not, the little guys are still out there and they still believe in customer service. Hands down, this is one amazing company! We worked with them, literally, all day today as we tried to diagnose why our AC unit that's only two years old was working over time. We had them check the unit and top off with refrigerant but the same problem persisted throughout the afternoon. Thinking it was the thermostat, I called a different company listed as the manufacturer, only to be spoken to very rudely and put on hold. I was told that they (another Valley company) would be out 'sometime tomorrow' and that they would call 'when they were thirty minutes out'. Put off by the attitude of this other company, I phoned Infinite back. They suggested we buy another Thermostat and then phone them when we got home. Russell, the tech from this morning, patiently walked my husband through the process OVER THE PHONE. Yes, that's right. Because he was all the way in Queen Creek, and we're in North Phoenix, it had to be done via the phone. Step by Step, wire by wire, we installed our new thermostat via phone call. It was amazing and truly the best customer care and patience we could have ever asked for. This is the company you'll love. Let the small businesses take care of you because they care!

We have used this company on all of our homes and we have alwayse had the best service we could expect. They go out of their way to help a person and they make sure you are happy. The price is the most afordable you can find. The first time we used this company they worked until 3:30 AM and made sure we had AC before thay left, and this was when the temp. was over 100*. We have told ALL our friends about this company and most have used them, with the same pleasent experence we had. So I guess what we say is try them and you will never go to anyone else, we know we won't.

Like the a/c going out at the end of July! Luckily, though, I was able to find Infinite Air LLC. Contacting them early in the morning got me on the end of the day's agenda (they were busy!). The tech didn't show up till about 12:30 am. He had been working since first thing in the morning and he still was there as soon as our turn came up. He had a good idea what the problem was by my description of what it was doing. Within forty minutes he was gone with our a/c running again! About ten of it was prepping the bill, so he was up on the roof, after midnight, and done in about half an hour. The on-line coupon helped on a reasonable bill. What the heck, I rent, so it just came out of the rent payment.

It was a really miserable day with the heat and humidity, but they had it fixed in much less than 24 hours.

I had called this company the other night very late I had left a message the lady called me back with in 10-15 min they came out with in 1 hr. when the tech came out he was so nice and very informative. he was here approximately for 1 hr he fixed my unit. I thought they would be very expensive because they came out at 1 am but I was very pleased they also told me about coupons in the yellow pages that was nice. I liked this company I would use them again. I didn't feel like I got taken or ripped off. I give this company a 5 star rating
