I was getting ready for the day, when I heard a loud noise that sounded like a tree branch had fallen on my roof. But the noise continued, from inside the house. So I went to investigate, and the sound was coming from my water heater closet...and water was coming out from under the door. I opened the door to see what, exactly, was going on, and one of the lines to the water heater had broken off at the wall! Water was pouring out at full speed, from about six feet from the floor. Soaked to the skin, I shut the door, grabbed my phone, and called Clearwater. I called Clearwater, because they've done great work for me before. Somehow, I got one of the actual plumbers on the line. He helped calm me down, and directed me to a short video about how to turn the water off at the meter, and then had the office call me to get somebody right out. Indeed, someone came out, looked over the situation, and we discussed my options. My little 1950's house was originally plumbed with galvanized steel pipes, and they had rusted out and deteriorated until the supply line to the water heater had just broken off. Very much longer story short, they re-fitted all the pipes in my house (we went with PEX), and the supply to the house from the meter (as a preventative measure).
Everyone I have dealt with at Clearwater has been pleasant and friendly and professional and kind and helpful, as if I'm their favorite aunt. It feels to me like they've gone above and beyond for me, but it could be that they're just ordinarily great people, from the office, to every plumber that's come to my house, thoroughly excellent.
We're all plumbed up and insulated, all put back together, and as soon as the City inspector comes out and gives his official okie-dokie, we'll get that trench filled back in, and before you now it, it'll be like nothing ever happened. Big thumbs-up and all the gold stars to Clearwater plumbers, and ALL the guys who came out on my job - Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Clearwater Plumbers is the best plumber around in the DFW metroplex. They are professional, experienced, and extremely nice. I would highly recommend them to my friends and even those people I don't like.

Our house is old and as different things come up, we always call Clearwater. They are always prompt, friendly and very efficient.

Paid to have a water heater installed, unfortunately other, larger problems cropped up that hampered that. ClearWater Plumbers fully refunded my money and apologized for my negative experience.

They did a great job. Will use again when in need of plumming problems. I had gone through 2 other pluming companies which I felt over charged me by (a lot) $$$

Awesome job! Paul C. From Clearwater Plumbers is amazing. He was so knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that I could understand. Our kitchen plumbing had to be replaced due to a rotted pipe. Another plumber told us we would have to move out while our kitchen was destroyed. This would have cost us an extra expense and the inconvenience of staying in a hotel for up to a month, not to mention having to replace floors and everything else when we came back home. Paul advised us a better option! His idea was to tunnel under our house. It was the best choice for my family and I. The whole process took a little over a week. The cost was $ 8610.00. During the process other problems arose (which always seem to happen). Good new is..... He didn't raise our price! No matter what came up, he explained what needed to be done and did it. Let me start off by saying these guys are awesome! I bought a DR Horton house a few years ago and never used the gas fireplace. When the inspectors came out, when we went to sell it, we were told that we needed to fix the fireplace because it had no gas flow. DR Horton refused to fix it because the warranty expired. I called Clearwater up and they were able to come out within a few hours. Jeremy was the plumber that came and he was very polite. He was able to fix it quickly and you could tell right off that he knew what he was doing. The price was also very affordable. I couldn't be happier and I'm so glad that I called them! I will definitely be using them in the future for any plumbing needs at our new house.

Our hot water heater was 19 years old and dying a slow and painful death. We went from having hot water to water that was no better than luke warm in about a 2 week period. I was forced to take cold showers in the Army and was not having it. I looked online for a plumber that had a good rating and was lucky to find Clearwater. They earned every bit of their 5 stars.



I called in one afternoon and scheduled an appointment for between 3 and 5 pm the next day. Paul, the tech, called me at 305pm to tell me he was on his way and about 20 minutes out. He showed up, was professional, thorough and didn't have a hint of the proverbial plumber's crack. He checked the water heater and our water pressure and gave me three strong options at very reasonable prices. After deciding just to replace the old piece of junk, he told me that he could be back out the next morning to do the job.



The only hiccup we had was a call I received from Vic right after Paul left saying that they were booked solid the next day. Unfortunately we were leaving on a Spring Break trip that evening and wouldn't be back. Vic worked some sort of magic and was able to get Paul scheduled for the job the next day as promised.



Paul and his apprentice showed up on time the next morning and were in and out in no time. They got me fixed, up to code and the hot water flowing again.



I'm sure I could have paid someone a couple of bucks less to do the job but I wouldn't have received the level of service that I did. Clearwater Plumbers is now my go to for all of my plumbing needs. As a matter of fact, I'm going to have them back in a few months to add a water pressure booster to my system so that the hot water can literally just blast the dirt off of my kids.

Again, Brian and Clear Water Plumbers saved the day. I have used them many times, and they are fast, efficient, and get the job done right the first time. I had an issue with a leak in my pressure tank. Brian found the problem, told me what he was going to do, and what it would cost. He did his magic and I now have water again. Great people, great company
