The other reviews have to be bunk...especially when I've used these guys for tire install, alignment, transmission fluid change/flush and oils changes over the past few years...with nothing but professional, courteous, quality service. These guys rock!

they changed my oil i drove it and HUGE amnts of smoke came out the bk end.we towed it bk they had overfilled my car by a whole quart. made them sign that if that caused any dmg they would pay.

Awful service and they will lie to you in a heart beat. I had a 2nd and 3rd evaluations from other automotive places in Rio Rancho which confirmed that American Tire was quoting me outrageous amounts of work that was not necessary. So either they have some horrible mechanics that don't know what they are talking about or they are liars.

i went in for some minor work since it was close to my house. They came back with a laundry list of things including a new transmission. I had no problems with my transmission. The came back with a bill close to $5,000. I said that I didn't believe my car needed al that work and wanted my keys back. I got in my car to leave but didn't leave since my car was making a noise that wasn't there before I had them evaluate. What a might mare. I then asked for the manager or owner to call me so this could be documented and no one would contact or take my calls. BEWARE, BEWARE of this place. This was a horrible experience of robbery and unprofessionalism. I heard bad story's and can now confirm with my own unfortunately.

beware i took my car in and was told i needed a water pump , i had seen no evidence i had any colant problems , i told them i would get a second opinion , i took my car to a auti tech he stated there was no problems .
