The Spa at River Ridge

The new location is great. I go to Sarah to get my hair cut. She is the first person who has ever given me a cut that made me love my hair and she is consistently awesome every time. I've gone to other high end salons in Columbus (Charles Penzone and Kenneth's) and I've generally gotten substandard services and was treated by the staff as if interacting with me was doing me a favor. They also run on time and never rush me, which has been an issue at other places. The Spa at River Ridge is vastly different. High end services, great staff that actually treats you like a human being and comparable prices. I am very pleased every time I go.

went in to go blonde.had bleached applied to my hair to have it look the same color after a color dye.The whole point of bleach was to lighten it.What was the point of bleach if it was going to be dyed.She just went too fast twards the end and i had no say so of the dye color she put on.I didn't know at first she was adding dye while washing my hair. I didn't get anywhere. I dont think the right steps were taken.or why dye my hair after a bleach.now i will have to pay for an extra session to still be at step one of reaching my goal.with added damage. i was also a very very light blonde before and my first shot was not the outcome of the same dark brown. The olaplex with bleach lifted dramatically but then reversed and something in the process was not taken seriously.there had to be more patient in doing my hair..due to her following appt, the right steps were not taken. Now i have no virgin hair left to make the first step (the hardest and the ugly orangey stage) go a little smoother.

I went to the stylist Jenna for my haircut, she is horrible. I asked her to do layers & she did it in 5 mins . I have a voluminous hair . She didn't even asked for face trimmiming. It s a big waste of money. Very very bad

I've had nothing but the best at the Spa at River Ridge. I feel relaxed the moment I walk in the door & get pampered by the staff right away. Brittany has been my stylist--for oh geez, 8 years or so now--& always does an amazing job. Right now I'm sporting a super cute pixie that gets tons of compliments! I recently tried a facial & massage...I felt like jello by the time I left! It was wonderfully relaxing--just what I needed! From someone who has been coming here for years, I highly recommend the Spa at River Ridge!
