Los Angeles Mattress Stores - Santa Monica

I was so happy with my experience here. Larry is a great salesperson. The guy is so knowledgeable about his products. He had an answer for every specific question that I had. I told him what my issues with sleeping were and he had the perfect recommendations. You can really tell the guy knows his stuff and is not just someone who memorized a training booked. He even had a chance to sell me a move expensive bed but recommended a different one so that I could be more comfortable.

Initially, I didn't want to work closely with a salesman when I went in there. I thought they would just try to upsell me to make their commission but I really didn't feel that way here. I had all the space a needed to weigh my options while having someone who could answer my every question. It just really felt like he was trying to help me.

I went to a few other mattress stores around the Santa Monica and West Los Angeles area and I didn't get anywhere close to the great service that I got here. I shouldn't have gone here first because I just compared every other store to this one and they weren't even close.

Here is one of the best parts, you get to choose how tall your box spring is and since this was my first time buying a mattress I went with the taller one (I think the options were 5" and 8"). As it turns out the taller one was too big for me. I called and told Larry this and he helped me out by sending out a smaller box spring to replace the one I had. No additional fee or anything. It really made the entire good experience complete. This place is great.
