all known property is an absolute scamcompletely unprofessional will Take anybody's deposit regardless of whether the condition or effort they will rip you off god forbid you have a "maintenance issue" complete fraude they have internal people posing as out venders which they claim they 5 different guys but everytime they come out it will be them guy for everything i know 5 seperate tenants family included zero money back all 5 times completely unacceptable in my book would never recommend AMPM in big bear i wish this place did not exist in our beautiful community i will post as many reviews as possible so you dont encounter these incompetent Fools they blind on all aspects of real estate
