We got a great deal on a lightly used 2016 F150 Crew Cab 4X4. Eric Watkins, our salesman, made the purchasing experience downright fun!
And, the truck was exactly as we were looking for.

they pretty much wrote us off ..told us they would.contact us on the monday following the Saturday went went there for financing. .no call ..the finance manager acted like we were a waste of time..gave us 2 minutes of his time..didn't even try to work a deal..which in the long run it was better for us we found the car my son wanted on Sunday and the price was much lower and it was a fully stocked premium package 2016 mustang. The one at folsom wasn't and was 10,000$ more expensive. They made us feel we weren't worthy of their time..and we drove from manteca. I will never return there and I have told everyone I know to avoid folsom tracy as well as Tracy ford...terrible..unprofessional and lazy

Their Service Dept. leaves a lo to be desired. We bought 2 new vehicles from them. The first one we purchased a trailer hitched to be installed by an outside vendor hired by them. It was installed wrong. We had to take it there 3 times, the first because just the hitch came in. The next because the electrical harnase hadn't come in the first time (they should have waited until both were in at the same time, then called us since we live out of the area). Still it was installed where the hitch was under the bumper. The 3rd time we had a scooter lift on the car when we took it in. At that time we showed them how wrong it was. They finally realized that the hitch needs to be parallel with the bumper & corrected their mistake, after constantly arguing with us. The next time, we had purchased another vehicle that didn't have that new car smell (had a fowl smell to it). We took it in. The problem wasn't rectified because it still has the same odor. This smell was there from the day we took the test drive & purchased it. One of the service managers, after putting whatever it is inside the passenger compartment in the way of a fragrance, said we'll be pleased with the work as his people know what they're doing. We're not at all pleased as the fowl smell's coming back. When it comes time to take the car in for it's 7500 mile maintenance, we're going to another Ford dealer to have them do it because who knows what Folsom Lake Ford's Service Department will do wrong.

(FOLSOM LAKE KIA) WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD, SALES WAS POLITE AND VERY INFORMATIVE ABOUT FINANCE , CAR KNOWLEDGE AND JUST EVERY THING I WAS ASKING. I WAS AN EX -CAR SALESMAN FOR 19 YEARS AND I SURE LIKE THE WAY I WAS TREATED, THIS COMPANY IS HANDS UP!! FOR MYSELF AND OTHER FAMILY AND FRIENDS. Don't go here unless u want horrible customer service and be ripped off. All the employees are completely rude and will treat you like a moron specially the manager bob taylor. The warranty seems like a good deal at first but it turns out to be a complete rip off costing you more then if you didn't purchase it.
