Life Time Fitness

Great fitness center with a very professional environment and offers many fitness classes. Very nice locker rooms and fantastic pool that is indoor and outdoor. Even has a child center and a climbing wall! The swimming instructors work great with the kids!

I attempted to cancel my membership in January 2012. Instead of canceling, I was told by the "membership advisor" that I was putting my membership on indefinite hold. Well, I was just going through my credit card statements and it turns out that the hold (called "Flex") was costing me $10/month!



I was NOT told that they would be charging my credit card $10 per month. If I had been told that, I would most definitely not have chosen to put it on flex. I no longer live in Colorado and have no need for a membership. Apparently it is acceptable for them to continue to charge people's credit cards without their authorization or knowledge.



Lifetime operates with horrible, sneaky tactics to nickel and dime customers. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!
