Amazing staff and always on time! Clean facility, and true expertise in their field of orthodontics. They take care of their patients well and are good at follow ups on appointment reminders. Dr. Cusimano is a friendly doctor himself, hence, it reflects on the demeanor of his staff and the atmosphere of his clinic. I guess this is a popular Ortho clinic to go to as my daughter’s friends and schoolmates come here too. Besides their great orthodontic practice, this place is a treat to be at, with a waiting room that’s very welcoming… and wait until you get to the back part of the clinic where the action happens! it’s like walking into an instant beach experience, with all the sharks floating overhead the clinical chairs, wetsuits and surf boards creatively hung everywhere, while surrounded by a brightly sunlit panoramic windows showcasing a creek that’s just steps away from the building and a farm. Peaceful and entertaining all the same time. I wish I had my braces done by Dr. Cusimano when I had it years ago. This is a fun way and a great experience for any Ortho patients!!!

I will say that Dr. Chris Cusimano's dental office is very exceptional. I'm 25 years old and I've had my braces for 1 year and 6 months. I never thought in all my life, that I would have a straight smile but thanks to 'Dr. Chris', I do. The office is very enjoyable for everyone: kids and adults. The wonderful, amazing and very understanding receptionist, Winona, whom will assist you with payments, scheduling and appointments for that day or if you need help with your braces or if you have any questions about anything regarding having braces or your teeth, she will answer them for you. She will just brighten up your day when you walk in and when you leave. The wonderful, amazing and just adorable ladies, whom I do need to recognize: Lori, Sarah, Deb, Misty and Margo that help 'Dr. Chris' with everyone are so inviting to help you feel at ease and they really enjoy being there. Besides being just perfect at doing their job, the ladies are very exciting, enjoyable to talk with and fun to be around. The office is equipped with several chairs in the lobby with magazines for adults and kids to read and enjoy while you wait for 'Dr. Chris'. As for the entertainment, there is a Lego set for the infant and younger children as well as 2 TV’s that have play station games on for kids and teenagers to play with. On the side are 2 sinks where you can brush your teeth for a quick clean with mouthwash and toothbrushes that have toothpaste on it that is individually wrapped. There are 4 individual TV’s that surround the comfortable chairs to sit, watch and enjoy your visit. Along with HUGE bay windows that displays a small creek, with ducks, squirrels and birds that live in their natural habitat and inside the whole office is the California surf theme with surfboards and sharks securely hanging from the ceiling. Also there is painted on the walls is palm trees and several beach accessories that make you feel like you are at the beach, which for me is wonderful, because Idaho doesn't give that aspect for its location. I did rate 'Dr. Chris' and his staff 5 stars but I wish I could rate them 10 stars because not only do they deserve it but they also earn it eachtime I talk with or go in for a visit. I look forward to each trip to see everyone because they are just as close to family as it comes. I'm just so happy that I chose 'Dr. Chris' because I wouldn't have the great smile and confidence that I have today without his expertise of dental knowledge. I owe the whole staff more than what I did pay, which was setup for me in payments and NO INTEREST, which was great! Thank you so very much 'Dr. Chris' and Girls, you have made me so happy in my life, no amount of words can express how I feel each day I wake up and see my great, straight, white and beautiful smile! :) :) :)
