The Marble Slab Creamery

Marble Slab Bellaire is terrible! When it first opened it was great, but as time has gone by it has been on a steady decline. I am not sure if there are new owners or what, but it’s terrible. One time I came in and the place was filthy. This time I came in at 9:30 and they had all the toppings put away. I told them I was under the impression that they closed at 10:00. The lady working behind the counter told me that they LEAVE by 10:00. I said, “Oh! Note to self, they close at 9:30pm not 10:00.” So annoying! When I worked in the restaurant business if someone came in before closing, they were served. Don’t post hours and then close 30 minutes before the actual close time. I’m thinking I’m willing to drive the extra time to go to another location.

Went there tonight and wanted to sit outside. The furniture for outside was all stacked up inside. I asked the employee why and she said "I didn't want to put them out". This was at 7:30 at night, i can't believe that all the employees were so LAZY that no one put the outside furniture out. Not worth going there. EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
