        Overall
        Pay extra somewhere else avoid the trash manager.

        When I signed up the guy was super nice, it was cheap and easy. I was happy. I use a lot of storage places so before the insurance it was very good price.



        So not worth the price after over a year I have noticed the customer service grow poor and horrible. So much so that I decided to take my trip back to Texas early just to get my stuff from this place. The times dealing with the guy is okay but the female property manager is horrible.



        Pay the extra 10 dollars and go somewhere with better customer service.
