DO NOT GO HERE. The office staff is courteous but not informed. They charge 75 dollars up front without telling me what our regular check up appointment entailed. I was not given a receipt, I was concerned that the price was high...but was unsure if we were getting a full cleaning??? The dentist then brushed my 2 year old's teeth while I held her. We were out in 5 minutes. When I questioned the charge they just repeated that it was my deductible, and it was $75 for all services, which isn't an answer. Once I was able to contact my insurance company and a more knowledgeable dentist I was told it should cost $20, as my daughter isn't old enough for a cleaning. The insurance company couldn't view the claim yet, so they couldn't tell me exactly what had occurred. I called back and they are closed on Weds, no one had returned my phone call on Thurs. I called back and was informed it was too late to change anything, that the claim had been filed. Go to Allen Pediatric Dentist, they are far more knowledgeable, cheaper, and more helpful. FYI This was a return visit for the same service that cost $30 without insurance. My first visit was pleasant, the second, a total disaster.

I have been here a couple of times before.Great service.I had absolutely no pain during root canal procedure and crwon.Very satisfied with the results.I would most definately recommend Dr.Dipali to everyone.
