Arlington Pediatric Dentistry

We have been very pleased with Arlington Pediatric Dentistry. The staff is friendly and helpful, and everyone made my son feel very comfortable for his first 2 dental visits. The office is very clean and definitely geared towards making each child's dental experience a positive one. Dr. Justin was very calm, warm and approachable. I appreciated how he interacted with my son, took the time to answer my questions, and provided the information I needed to provide my child with the best dental care at home. We are very happy with the service we received here.

You won’t find a more attentive or caring dentist for your child than Dr. Smith. He has a great rapport with kids, and always makes them feel comfortable. Dr. Smith has a great personality, and each trip to the dentist is a pleasant experience. I never thought that could be a possibility! I wouldn’t think about going anywhere else. I wish I were young enough to be a patient here! The office is very clean and kid friendly and the kids got a chance to play some games and watch movies while their teeth were fixed. Dr. Justin and his staff were really kind and caring and made the kids very comfortable. We'll definitely be back!

I brought my son Chase and daughter Jenna (ages 3 and 7 respectively) to see Dr. Justin and I could not have been any happier with the experience. I had many concerns with how the appointment would go because I knew my son had cavities and he does not like going to the doctor. When we arrived we were greeted pleasantly and I noticed that they wrote my kids names on the board welcoming us. During the appointment the kids were very excited to pick out and watch Disney movies while having their teeth cleaned. I wish my dentist had that option! After the cleanings, Dr. Justin went over all the xrays and the treatment Chase would need in the future. They printed us out a plan that broke down each appointment by cost and what my insurance would cover. The front desk was extremely helpful with this and even though it was confusing at first, they took the extra time to let me know what my options were. Overall, I am very enthusiastic about the outcome and would recommend Dr. Justin and Arlington Pediatric Dentistry to everyone!

My son went to the Dentist above and was not satisfied at all with the customer service that I have received. The Dentist, Dr Justin is a wonderful dentist and very good with my son but the receptonist at the front desk are something else to talk about. The receptonist when they answer the phone are rude... this was the exact statement the lady said to me when I called to cancel my appointment... " What is your sons name? Is his appointment at 8am ? your canceling? is he just not coming at all? Fine? and then I said thank you and she said nothing and hung up. I WOULD HAVE RATHER CALLED LATE LAST NIGHT AND LEFT A MESSAGE CANCELLING INSTEAD OF TALKING TO THEM!

When I went to the Dentist the first time before the above incident the ladies at the front desk were very rude.. I asked about the prices only to inquiry why prices are so different compared to my dentist she said to me offensively...We do not have different prices and all the dentist are all the same and that you are wrong about the amounts.. and just was rude and nasty about the whole thing. I did not even want to ask anymore questions because I didnt want to get jumped on again. The negative attitudes at the front desk effects the atmosphere of the whole office and if he would talk to them and put them through training or get rid of them they would definitely get clients back and more new clients.I was very disappointed with the unprofessional receptonists.
