Ten Zen Nail Spa

First impression, dirty. Front desk clerk was on his phone when I walked in, spent most of my time there checking his email. Worst manicure I've ever experienced. Told the tech that was doing the manicure that it didn't look right, she did nothing. Told the front desk the manicure was off, he says he knew (why didn't he stop the manicure so it could be done correctly) and then acts surprised when I'm not satisfied. Asked to speak with a manager or owner, was told there wasn't one at the salon, come to find out later, she was there. Took over an hour for a manicure that had to be redone immediately. When I brought my concerns to the front desk, he asked me to return another time, I told him clearly I would not be back and this is when he got nasty. You shouldn't have to argue and beg to get a service that you waited and paid for. Owner claims she refunded my money, funny, the charge is still on my card. Save yourself a total headache and horrible experience and go some where else.
