        Outstanding Professionalism and Service

        My wife and I had Stanley Steemer in our home on Monday October 27th. The cleaners showed up on time, and were both very pleasant in appearance and demeanor. The professionalism and care that Nick and Mike provided during our service by far exceeded our expectations. My wife was so impressed with Nick that she assumed he was the owner or manager of the local branch. Much to our surprise, he said that he was just a regular employee. We have never felt so at ease with servicemen in our homes. Our carpets, which are cream in color seemed like a lost cause and this was our last ditch effort to hopefully get a little more time out of them. Much to our surprise, after Nick and Mike finished we were amazed at the nearly new appearance.(our carpet is 10 years old!!!)at first I thought that once they dried they would once again appear dingy and worn, but to my surprise, they dried, and in the time frame the cleaners quoted, and still look great. I highly recommend Stanley Steemer, and would suggest requesting Nick and Mike, those guys know what they're doing.
