        Overall

        Experienced a really bad cut and color, but the manager, who was extremely nice and helpful, offered to fix it.

        Can't cut hair

        I wanted to donate my hair and wanted to get nice layers... I asked for person who is good at cutting. Repeatedly I was told Ketie. I showed her a pic of hair cut what I wanted. Hair cut I got it's completely different than what I expected. Chopped up hair and no style at all. I'm so embarrass to go out with that kind of hair cut. Worst hair cut ever. NEVER going back to Belle Rose and would not recommend for hair cut.
