        I pulled in at 5:30 one evening with my car sputtering. I was so afraid I wouldn’t make it to any repair shop. These guys are wonderful. They diagnosed the problem gave me a ride home and picked me up the next day. As an older and single woman I can’t tell you how much their customer care and kindness meant to me. I highly recommend this shop

        ***BEWARE!!!! I wouldn't recommend going to Tuffy Auto for any services or repairs. I got a new set of tires and the place I went to didn't do car tire alignments. I was referred over from Discount Tires to go to Tuffy to do my car tire alignment. The guy at Tuffy Auto looked at my car. About 20 minutes later, I was told they couldn't fix my alignment without having other services fixed on my car. The cost of the repairs was over $500. I told them I didn't want to have anything fixed yet. Later on, I went to two different mechanics and was told that my alignment was fine and didn't need to be fixed. I was also told the additional repairs that Tuffy told me I had to repair wasn't true at all. I can't believe that Tuffy would recommend fixing things on a car that didn't really need to be fixed.

        The guys at Tuffy are great. I brought my car in there for a second opinion on brakes that the dealer told me I needed. Not only did I not need brakes they also did a vehicle inspection of the car and told me everything was good. I will be bringing all my cars to Tuffy from now on. They are honest knowledgable and very professional
