Teeth Cleaning
I just had the fastest, most thorough teeth-cleaning of my life! And the dentist did the entire cleaning himself - the assistant only did the polishing. He used a cool sonic device to break up the tartar/calculus first, then he did minimal scraping/curettage to get the rest. I was done in less than 30 minutes. Try them!

Fillings
This is by far the best dentist I've been too. You can tell they are doing all they can to make your experience as quick, painless and efficient as possible. Quickest cleaning I've experienced, but extremely clean. Also, I recently went for 3 fillings. I have some anxiety about fillings that in the past as I've had some really bad experiences. Some painful, some downright poorly done resulting in needing more work. My session @ Kezian for these amalgam filling replacements was SO easy. They were accommodating, caring and did their best to make me comfortable. The staff took notice of my anxiety, acknowledged it and put me at ease. They did not act like I was insulting them by being anxious, as some Dr's might. It was finished a full 30m before I'd expected and now a week later my teeth are perfect. Dr Kezian, a Los Angeles Dentist, fixed a problem area for me as well during the procedure and food no longer gets stuck. No one enjoys a dentist visit, but I no longer dread it. Thanks to everyone at Kezian Dentistry, really appreciate your work. When I got there the staff was sooooo friendly and pleasant. I felt at ease an actually happy to be there despite my wrecked tooth. I explained to Dr. Kezian what happened and that I had a speaking engagement the next day. He discussed options and really went above and beyond my expectations. He has a great personality and is equally as welcoming as the staff upon arrival. I was out of there in less than an hour. I'm so grateful.
Gold Restorations
In the past, teeth were most commonly repaired with dental amalgam replacement(silver) fillings or gold restorations. Thanks to advances in modern dental materials and techniques, teeth can be restored with a more aesthetic and natural appearance. There are different types of cosmetic fillings currently available. The type used will depend on the location of the tooth and the amount of tooth structure that needs to be repaired
Veneers
Occasionally the preparation of a Porcelain Dental Veneers does not necessitate the use of a local anesthetic. However, for those patients that are particularly sensitive or anxious, a local anesthetic is advisable.

Our patient above had teeth that were out of alignment and existing bridgework that fit poorly. We placed an all porcelain bridge and two porcelain veneers in about two weeks to create her perfect smile.

Through root planning (the mechanical removal of plaque and calculus in the office) proper home care techniques are essential for successful periodontal therapy and good oral health.

Dentures
Laboratory cured plastic. Due to the special processing, the laboratory reline tends to last longer. Unfortunately this will require our taking your denture from you for a few days. Please try to coordinate this with our Appointment Coordinator so that you may be inconvenienced for as few days as possible.

Dental Implants
Dental implants are the replacement of the missing tooth using an artificial component, a service mainly used by people who have lost teeth in the past. Dr Kezian is an expert in carrying out implants, a dentist in Los Angeles – which eventually appear like the actual tooth root. Most implants are performed as outpatient surgeries with emphasis on treatment planning, case choices and restorative approaches.

Gum Surgery
How complicated is the surgery? Implant surgery is done in two stages. The first stage involves the placement of the implants into the available jaw bone. This is most commonly done with just local anesthesia. It is complicated only in the sense that the surgery requires great precision. Every attempt is made to insure success. The room is set up similar to an operating room, the equipment thoroughly sterilized and the most modern techniques utilized. Stage two involves the uncovering of the implants after they have integrated ( fused ). This can be accomplished with minor gum surgery or with a dental laser and is a relatively minor procedure. In both instances, minimal postoperative discomfort is noticed. You will be given the appropriated antibiotics and analgesics just as a precaution. Very definitive postoperative instruction will be given to you at the time of surgery. If you follow the guidelines, everything should proceed without a hitch.
Tooth Extractions
Extra procedures: the additional procedures like tooth extractions, bone grafts, and sinus lifts add to the overall cost.
Bone Grafting
You may need bone grafting or sinus lifting to improve your jawbone and increase the chance of successful fusion.
