Getting my roof looked at is something I have been putting off because I didn't want to deal with expense. Fast forward to a few rains later when water was dripping into my living room I had no choice to get my roof repaired. Jose and Javier got up on my tile roof and identified the problem right away drew up an estimate and scheduled the work right there on the spot. 2 days later they showed repapered 2 spots on my roof and left things looking good. It has rained a few times since and there is no leaking. Very happy I was able to stretch my roofs life a little longer. Thanks guys.

5 years ago when I got my satellite dish installed they didn't tell me they were going to drill holes into my roof that rain would get into but... it happened. I was pretty upset and with all this talk of storms hitting orange county I knew I had to get it repaired with before it ended up being a bigger problem. I called quite a few roofing companies and most of them didn't answer or even call me back for that matter. Stay Dry answered, dispatched someone out fast and was able to patch my roof up the following day. The staff was nice and clean. Overall a very pleasurable experience.

Javier Garcia did a great job repairing my Spanish clay tile roof. He is extremely reasonable, honest and straightforward. He also does " roof Inspection reports for Insurance company

We had a tar-and-gravel roof that was more than 20 years old and leaking. I bid the job out and Javier Garcia team was quick to come out and do the bid. They weren't the cheapest but they seemed like they would do the most professional job. They turned out to be professional as expected. Finding some of the concrete on the house had to be replaced, they called in a subcontractor. All was smooth and as up front as you could imagine. When there was a leak after the roof was put on, Javier was going to come over immediately to check it out before I discovered that it had nothing to do with the roof but a problem in our light well. I highly recommend Stay Dry Roofing Company

All I can say is I'm feeling quite lucky to have found this company. I'm extremely happy with their work and the reliability of the company. Whittier Roofing was extremely responsive to my needs, which included arriving when promised, reliably assessing the extent of the leak problem, and then performing a quality repair at a reasonable price. Very professional roofer, excellent work, fast, efficient and great price. The Roofing crew was very professional on time and cleaned up every day. Highly recommend them.

With all this El Nino talk i thought i would get my roof looked at to make sure everything was ok . I had them come out and inspect my tile roof and they recommended I get a roof tune up which i did. It included them replacing some broken tiles, sealing my pipes and cleaning off the debris and trash from the trees. It was fair priced, fast and the couple times it did rain my roof was in perfect condition.

So happy with the work done by Whittier Roofing. I talked to several contractors before hiring them, and everyone else would only give me ball park estimates, which was unacceptable. They got the job scheduled in for the next week, and got the job done in just 5 days. The workers seemed to be pretty organized, and kept the job site tidy. Great job!

Great roofing crew. Not only did they do an excellent job on our new roof, they even cleaned everything up everything afterwards. The price was very reasonable for the work they completed, and they were quite knowledgeable; answering all of our questions and giving us several options to choose from. I have to say that my business transaction with Stay Dry Roofing Company was without a wrinkle. It was time to replace the roof on my rental property so I reached out to them and several other companies for estimates. Being out of state presented some challenges but Stay Dry was very professional and communicated well. He sent me pictures of some problem areas on the roof around the chimney flashing that I already knew were an issue. My tenant mentioned that he explained the roof replacement process in great detail and even entertained their questions. The installers did an excellent job on the installation and the communication with the project manager was excellent. Overall I was happy with the work that was done. They addressed the issues with the flashing and replaced a few plywood boards on the roof which were rotted. I am happy with my new Landmark Architectural Shingle Roof that came with a 50 year manufacturer's warranty
