Ron and his team are THE BEST! We bought a house with a salt water pool last year and had no clue what to do being first time pool owners. The previous pool service man was non responsive and didn't fully answer our questions. We were BLOWN AWAY by Ron's level of service and promptness to answer all of our questions! When they came to open our pool he found out the motor needed to be replaced and worked extremally fast to get us a new motor and install it! Our pool is now up and running and we are confident what to do to upkeep the pool this season. I called Downriver Pool Service on a Fri. because i was having a party on that Sunday. I needed the pool drained and cleaned. They came out the next morning on time and got the job finished . The pool hadn't been opened in 3 years and when they left it looked like the first day the pool was built . Awesome service and very professional. Very reasonable pricing.
