CC Carpet - Arlington

Horrible customer service both from Sales person & store staff. It was an easy sale since we knew exactly what we wanted both wood flooring & carpet. The wood floor installation went terrific NO PROBLEMS the installer/crew were terrific professional, courteous, fast. However, the carpet installation HORRIBLE! The sales person was eager to have us sign the ....line and make full payment. The trouble when we were notified by the sales person Adrian that the wrong color was ordered. We decided to keep the color that was sent for installation, and the crew was sent in. The leader of the installation crew was loud, and super annoying. After installation as soon as carpet was vaccum the first time it started to come up from tacking strip in several different areas around the room. The sales person cleaned his hands of us since sale was done, and send us to contact customer service at the store. The same crew was sent to make repairs. Here we are almost a week after initial install with the same problem carpet coming up from tacking strip. In speaking with customer service again this morning I am told that if we wanted to have the tacking strip changed for new carpet installation it would have been an additional charge. NO ONE TOLD US THIS WHEN WE WERE MAKING THE PURCHASE. The money would not have been a problem if the sales person had told us that in order for our carpet to be installed properly a new tacking strip would be required at an additional cost. I am just hoping that noone else goes through what we are experiencing at this time. We were expecting a lot better service from Cc Carpets based on their advertisement. Beware of Adrian the sales person not giving you full story. Unhappy and frustrated with Cc Carperts in Mansfield.
