My father and I were fortunate enough to find Vickie and her team at Affordable Property Management (APM) over 10 years ago. We were moving overseas and needed someone to rent out and take care of our family home in Huntington Beach, California.

I've been renting an apartment managed by APMOC (Affordable Property Management Orange County) for nearly seven years now. APMOC is by far the most proficient and professional property management company I have ever dealt with. The property I am renting is very well maintained, and both times that I have contacted APMOC for issues related to plumbing (low water pressure) they sent for help immediately and resolved both issues in less than 24 hours.
