Great service! I called, left message, got a quick call back, booked an appointment for the next day, got a call and text as requested 30 min before appointment time, prompt arrival, quickly got setup, furniture moved, carpet cleaned, tips for drying, etc. Done and NEXT! The man cleaning my carpet was fast, efficient, friendly, and helpful. Carpet looked great. This is customer service as it's supposed to be.

Priced significantly above other places. My two bedroom 1000 square foot apartment (not all carpeted) was $308 ($28 to use a credit card) with a "free room" coupon. I've gotten my carpets cleaned coupon free before with other companies for $100-$150. Then, to make matters worse they not only did not do a better job (as I was expecting when I got the quote) but worse job getting those stubborn stains out. It looks like it has after I have cleaned it myself in the past.



The gentleman who came was very professional and friendly.

I was so glad to get a real person on the phone when I called! They explained to me the dangers of " Bait and Switch" carpet cleaning and told me that they would give me a free estimate and thats what I would actually pay. They didn't give me one price then keep adding on "additional services" to make me pay more and more. They did a great job and the guy that came was super nice and knowledgeable! I even got a hand written thank you card the next week in the mail. I love using local businesses that care about you!

I was very impressed with how quickly this company answered my phone call and set up an appointment. Quality of work, results and service are truly excellent on all levels. And the price was worth it. I would rather have their high quality job than some of the so- called "bargain" companies. I will definitely use their services again. It's great to have the owner personally do the work.

Hey i was surely impressed at how the technicians removed a large black ink stain from my carpet and how clean the rest of the carpet was after they cleaned it.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!: I was very pleased with this company. When they left, the carpet looked so much brighter and all the spots were gone. Sometimes a company promises everything and you find out they overstated what they could do. This company was just the opposite, they did more than expected.

I called several carpet cleaning companies before I chose Mist Carpet. Their professionalism, customer service and quality of work are the Best! They did Magic to my carpets and sofa. I would recommend Mist carpet to anyone, and will definitely use them again the next time I need any work done on my carpets!

Carpet cleaning went well, the people were friendly and on time, I was impressed at how much better the carpets looked especially since they had never been cleaned before. He showed me a clean filter before he started cleaning and then at the end of the job he showed me the same filter with a ton of nasty fuzziness and looked like sewage that had come from my carpets. The carpets look like they are brand new and I feel much better about the cleanliness of my home.

I must admit this company is the coolest company ever, they were very nice over the phone and also in person. The techs made me feel very comfortable being at my house. My husband works for a construction company and he is constantly tracking dirt in and out of the house, luckily I called this carpet cleaning company and they took the stains our right away.

Steam cleaning from this company ROCKS my socks right off! it was incredible how they got rid of all the stains my dog had made,. i had tried so hard to do it myself but never succeeded. i will always call this company to come clean my carpet.. I would highly recommend this company. Superb!
