Russell Creek Pet Clinic and Hospital

I had a wonderful experience with this clinic! I boarded my cat here while I went out of town, and despite my tendency to worry, I felt like I left him in very good hands. They sent daily text updates about him and included pictures of him too! This helped ease my worries incredibly, seeing the care they were treating him with set my mind at ease.

The price was also a major plus! I was expecting a much higher bill so I was pleasantly surprised by the cost, especially taking the excellent care into consideration. I would absolutely board my kitty here again!

I can never speak highly enough about the care, service, and consideration I receive from everyone at Russell Creek!! I can't imagine what Darby's life would have been like without Dr. Greenwell and his great team of technicians and staff. Thank you, thank you, and thank you!!!

Dr. Greenwell and the staff at Russell Creek are the best in Plano. We have been going to Dr. Greenwell since my dog was 3 months old. As a 12 year old, he is still vivacious and healthy. The staff treats the " little prince" like one of their own and always takes the time to answer all of our somewhat tedious questions. As a family who views their pets as family, we find it beyond comforting to have a vet that truly cares about our dog. While we hate to have to take our little one when he doesn't feel well, we know that he is in the best place with the best people to care for him. If you are looking for a vet you can trust, this is the place to go.

i agree with every thing that is beening said they are the best around, and I am so happy i found them. they are like angles that have fallen out of the sky, they have helped me and my family so much . i would tell anyone about them who ask me.

My 8 year old sheltie was just dignosed with cancer and has started treatment here. by sat night he was eating really well and yesterday was doing even better, i can not tell you how good it is to know we have a vet who cares. i transfered from a diifferent vet i was useing since my 8 year old sheltie was a puppy. they were so sweet in the transition from moving from the other place to them. Transfering to Russel creek was the best move i made. They are saveing my baby's life, and for this there is not enought thank you i can give to them. They were so understanding, and willing to answer any questions we had about our sheltis. we also have a year old sheltie who is going to them as well now, they will meet her very soon ; ) All i can say is thank you for what you guys re doing for us to keep our pets(children ) safe .

This place is amazing! I recently took my cat to get laser declaw, vacinations, check up ect. I was extremely nervous about the declaw, but after talking to the staff there I felt a lot better. You can tell when people genuinely love what they do and trust me they absolutely do. They were up front about cost and explained everything throughly so no surprise billing at the end. The thing I loved best about this place was the care. They informed us with the surgery my cat would stay two days with them for initial recovery and monitoring. I got a call from the doctor immediately following the procedure letting me know everything went great. I then got another call the following morning letting me know that she was still doing good and had taken the food provide as well as the water. Proceeded by an evening call. The second day was yet another follow up. The facility is clean and the staff is INCREDIBLE! Everything went off without a hitch, the surgery was done great. I would def. recommend this place to anyone looking for a vet.

Dr. Greenwell and his staff treat all animals as if hey were their own. With the latest technology available in veterinary medicine, they are able to diagnosis and treat many ailments that most clients at other veterinarian offices have to see a specialist for. I went their for a second opinion on my dog and will now only use LCAH for all my veterinary care. If you want the best for your pet.....Then Dr. Greenwell and his experienced staff is for you and your loved ones.

I am continually amazed of the high level of dedication to wellness that Dr. Greenwell and his Staff hold. I have been a client for over seven years and have never seen them waiver from their commitment to caring for our dogs (aka children) ....not one bit! Understanding Dr. Greenwell over this time, I know him to be a perfectionist and he most certainly takes his job home with him. He strives to treat & cure absolutely anything that comes into his office and this level of passion is compounded by his staff. I am committed to my dogs at just about the same level as my children and not for one second would I compromise my children's health using an inferior doctor nor would I for my dogs! Dr. Greenwell and Staff.....they leave NO STONE UNTURNED!!!

Went to this clinic for the first time last week since our old vet moved away. They gave me great handouts about my dogs breed conditions and wonderful pictures of what they had done. I was amazed at what they can do.

I took my dogs to this clinic for the Labor Day weekend for boarding and shots. The people there made me feel comfortable that my pets would be well cared for in a safe place. I got wonderful handouts on the pet's breeds information and a great printout of what the doctor found wrong and right for my three dogs. I decided to get them groomed as well and the groomer did a great job. I will be back.Thank you for letting me trust you with my dogs.

I rated Dr. Greenwell five stars because of his attention to detail and his sincere caring for my pets. Dr. Greenwell or his staff will alway send a card or call us when my cats or dogs are due for a shot or some other procedere. I have been to other vets but he and his staff are the best. We have found our vet for life.

My dog came to Dr. Greenwell in bad shape. She had alot of skin and ear problems that other vets I've been to never were able to fix. It seemed they would just throw medicine at her that never worked long-term. Dr. Greenwell suggested allergy testing, and although it took awhile to get the testing done and the medicine in (they custom formulate for each dogs problems) as soon as I started giving the injections Pepper was a new dog! The staff was also very friendly and patient with me when they taught me how to give the injections. I will never go to another vet.

Doctor Greenwell cares so so much about the pets. He takes great care of my two dogs and my cat. He may not be the cheapest but he is really the best.
