        Out of all the Real Estate offices that I have worked at and been to in the 20 years in the business, The office of John L Scott Renton, WA is by far superior over any real estate office I have had the opportunity to serve.



        The name is John L Scott, but it is nothing like a corporate setting, the office is ran just like a mom and pop individual owner operated business that treat the staff like one of their own and not like a corporate employee.



        Sol Alvarezdel , Jim Wilner, Albie Moshcatel, Collin Noia, Loreli Tarsiuk are the brains behind the work force of this operation. Sol is routinely seen at real estate seminars and events taking notes and spending time to learn about the business , then takes the material learned to share with his staff.



        Company meetings are not just a bunch of hype and rah rah! , it is informative and never to be missed. They often bring in speakers that really excel when it comes to being ahead of the curve.That is why the John L Scott Renton, and Kent owned office has continued to be the number 1 and 2 offices in closed transactions in all of Washington.
