        April 7th - we had a pipe leak in our master. We had massive water damage to a large part of our main floor and entire basement. We came home to a horrible mess. We called Servicemasters of Siouxland and their crew came immediately. They worked well into the evening that first day and then the following 5 days. They were wonderful about conveying what they were doing and why. I would highly recommend Servicemasters of Siouxland for any of your cleaning needs whether it be emergent or seasonal.

        Overall

        Very professional and do great work. My basement flooded and ServiceMaster of Sooland removed all of the water and damaged carpet. They dried everything out and applied an anti-microbial agent to prevent mold/bacteria growth. I was quoted a price and that was the price I was charged. The guys showed up on time and kept me informed on everything they were doing. Everyone I dealt with in person and over the phone were very friendly and professional.
