I'm a person who is very scared of dentist ,I never like the injection I total I never like going to dentist, but my experience with Dr koo was so GOOD I didn't even FEEL when he gave me the injection, he IS SO good with what he does , his staff is very good ,good service,

I had a horrible experience with this dentist. I went to his office for a crown. The staff was nice. When I got in the office, he barely said good morning, and started putting anesthesia in my mouth. He didn't say anything about the procedure or anything. He put a strong anesthesia way more than what I needed. Then, he said that my tooth couldn't be saved and it had to be removed. When I asked him why, he said that his assistant will explain to me why. He got the check but he couldn't explain why he couldn't do the crown. He was completely unprofessional. He is rude, has no talent, no nothing, he is just horrible. Don't stress yourself don't waste your money.

I saw Dr Koo and his hygenist for my regular 6 month cleaning. I had been to the same dentist every 6months for 20 years. Then he moved to Euless so I decided to find a dentist closer to home. Right away the hygenist and I did not get along. She took offense to the fact that I hadn't flossed before my appointment. I was embarrased but I thought no big deal. Well she decided my teeth were so bad that I required a deep cleaning to the tune of $700! Then Dr Koo came in and very nonchalantly informed that I would need to replace 6 of my crowns right away. By the way my husband and I are retired and have no dental insurance. I was devastated. The final estimate was over $7000. I really couldn't understand how in six months since I had seen my old dentist my dental condition had changed so drastically. Well I gathered myself and scheduled a second opinion with my former dentist. I took all the paperwork including the xrays from Dr Koo. The second opinion was that all of my crowns were fine. The dentist even checked my gums and said there was no reason not to have anything other than a simple cleaning. The hygenist did a lovely job and commented on how little plaque I had. I paid $150 at Westpark Dental Care in Euless. I also made my next appointment in 6 months!
