Best company ever for hot tub repair, my go to for the last 13 years. 'D' came out and replaced my top side controller. He was fast, efficient, professional, and helpful. Trying to keep my old tub going and couldn't do it without them. I don't think any other company has the knowledge and integrity that this company has.

Shawn and Eric did a great job!! They both were very thorough and friendly. They took the time to explain and give a professional recommendation. Very happy with service and fix performed. Will continue to use Spa Service.

This company is fantastic! I will only call/use them for all my spa services. Theresa in the front office is super friendly and prompt with helping me with my needs. We have had Spa Services, Inc. involved with repairs a few times over the last 15 years.
Shawn Janik came to our home for service on a Sweetwater spa. He has done a great job the four times he has visited. Each time, it's been in the dead of winter- our spa is outdoors.
He has been very prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable- making quick resolutions to our problems.
He has always done what he said he was going to do, and then some. Shawn has represented the company extremely well...I wish every service call we had to our home for other services came close to going this well.

Shawn, one of the technicians, came out and looked at our hot tub and gave me his professional opinion as to what needed to be done. This tub hadn't been used in a couple years and after Shawn's diagnoses, we were able to schedule an appointment for him to come back and make the remaining repairs and now our hot tub is running GREAT! I would definitely recommend Shawn and his team to anyone looking for a very quality and high level company that is very easy to work with!

We always have Shaun come out to do our startup and to winterize for our spa. He always goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy.

My hot tub was not heating up. The technician was on time and called before arriving. He corrected the problem within 45 minutes and saved me money by fixing the computer board instead of having me purchasing a new one.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing hot tub service. Very friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and courteous, Shawn is the service guy we have had and I would ask for him again!

These guys know everything there is to know about hot tubs and are extremely professional. Their hourly rates are very reasonable and they get in and out as quickly as possible. Shawn always made himself available by phone to answer all of my general hot tub questions, even after hours. Highly recommend.

Spa Service in Livonia is an outstanding service company. I will always call Spa Service (Shea) when I have questions or otherwise require spa repair. She will always work with me to ensure the scheduled date/time for service is mutually acceptable. I just received service from Sean last week, and as ususal, he was on time and pleasant to deal with.

I've been working with these guys for years. They are great, they know how to trouble shoot the equipment and I have a canine underwater treadmill so although spa system based, a little different and they just go to work and get it fixed when I need them. All of the positive comments about Spa Service are TRUE -- I just had a wonderful experience!! We had closed down our hot tub for the past couple of years and were not sure if it would even be functional if we re-opened it. I got Randy on the phone and he had great customer handling skills -- asked the right questions, and promised someone would be out within 24 hours. Then Shawn came out -- in the pouring rain -- and had our hot tub up and running within a half an hour. He had tons of great advice about what we should do over the next few days to make sure everything was working as it should. He answered every question I had, and I had many, with kindness and patience and as much detail as I needed. The experience could not have been better. I will recommend Spa Service to anyone and everyone with a hot tub!!!

When I first contacted Spa Service, I was spoken to and treated with respect and as if I was the most important thing going on in the office at that time. When I was told that the tech would have to come out to look at my controls so they could order the proper part, I suggested that I take a picture of the one I had and e-mail it to them. Shea gave me their e-mail address and I sent it to them.



About 1 1/2 weeks later, I was called and told the control and motor that I needed had come in and we scheduled an appointment. The tech, Shawn called me about a half an hour before he came (which was great as I needed to do some running around and I wasn't stuck at home waiting) and he was in and out in short order. While he was working, he was telling me different ways to save money on chemicals, heating and even my top. Usually, when a tech comes out, they're quiet about anything that might help me, not Shawn! (Thanks, Shawn!) Everything was working great. About 3 1/2 weeks later, my motor stopped working and I contacted Shea who in turn sent Shawn out to look at the problem. As luck would have it, I got the one motor that was defective and about a week later, a replacement motor was in and waiting for me to have time off to meet Shawn for the replacement. Shawn was in and out with the new motor.



All in all, Spa Service was recommended to me by a friend and I expected quality but I was totally blown away by the way I was treated, the quick response time and the willingness to work with me.



If any of my friends ever need service, I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

OUTSTANDING!!! I first called Spa Services a couple weeks ago, as a new spa owner, and of course, I had about a hundred questions. The level of customer service I recieved was EXCELLENT!! Shea was very hospitable, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I was able to send her pictures and videos through email to help trouble shoot the problem and narrow it down before the tech came to my house. Thus saving me money. Because I was leaving for vacation and was on a time constraint, Shaun the tech went out of his way, to arrive at my home at 7:30 in the morning! Not only did he fix the problem quickly but he even took the time to give me pointers on how to extend the life of my spa. This is a company that goes above and beyond for their customers! I truly appreciate them and they have earned my life long business. I highly recommend Spa Services to everyone!

I called spa service cuz my tub stoped working. The tech came out and fixed my problem in under 30 min. I then a few days later went into the store in livonia and the girl Shea was there she helped me get the chemicals that I needed . I highly recomend them and if you ever get a chance to go into the store the girl is HOT!!!!!
